Whatever brought you here, you don’t need to have it figured out yet. You’re still showing up, still doing the job well. But privately, something feels “off”. Maybe it’s a decision you’ve been sitting on. Maybe your confidence has quietly slipped.

Rebekah was great to work with, really opened my mind and my thought process. Rebekha had me finding things out about my leadership that I wasn't aware I would highly recommend Rebekah!

Hi, Rebekah Kittl is an accomplished coach who helped me realise the core values motivating the roles I enjoy, and thus prioritise organisations and leaders I wish to work with.

Kmentors coach Rebekah Kittl was transformational in helping me to align my values, my approach, and recognise my strengths, and my growth points, as a leader.

I had the pleasure of working with Rebekah as my career coach. Her personalised guidance and support was invaluable. Even though it's been some time after completing our coaching sessions I still find myself reflecting on some of the insights she provided.

The moment a client says something out loud that they've never said to anyone else and realises that saying it has already shifted something. That happens more than you'd expect. People come in with a career question and discover there's a more important question sitting underneath it. Watching someone find that, and then find the confidence to act on it, is genuinely the best part of this work. I've spent 30 years in business before becoming a coach, so I understand the pressures my clients are describing from the inside. That makes the work feel less like a service and more like a real conversation between two people who both know what professional life actually demands.
Honestly, fear nearly stopped me. I knew I wanted to build something of my own, work I could do at a pace that suited me and with people I actually wanted to help. But starting a business in your 50s, after decades in corporate life, is a different kind of leap than it sounds. So I hired an executive coach. Not because I didn't know what I wanted, but because I needed someone to help me get out of my own way. That experience changed how I think about this work. I know what it feels like to sit in the client's chair with a goal that feels both completely clear and completely terrifying. That's not a small thing to carry into a coaching conversation. KMentors Group has been evolving since 2008. Starting it remains one of the better decisions I've made.
Most professionals have had the experience of talking to someone who understands the theory but has never actually lived inside the environment they're describing. That gap shows up quickly in a coaching conversation. Having both a coaching credential and a counselling qualification means the work can move between the practical and the personal without losing its footing. Some sessions are about strategy and next steps. Others go somewhere quieter. Both are useful, and both are available in the same conversation. My background is 30 years in business before I retrained as a coach, so when a client describes the pressure of a leadership role, a restructure, or a career that no longer fits, I understand the landscape from the inside, not just the outside looking in. Sessions are calm, direct, and go wherever they need to go.
