I offer grounded meditation guidance to help you create more calm, clarity and balance in daily life. Meditation can support reduced stress, improved wellbeing and a more responsive, less reactive way of being. Sessions are tailored to your experience level and personal needs.
Executive Coaching
I offer grounded executive coaching for professionals navigating leadership, pressure, change or career transition. Drawing on decades in senior corporate roles, including CFO experience, I help clients gain clarity, strengthen self-awareness and lead in a way that feels more sustainable, aligned and effective.

I Highly recommend Jenny as a coach.
I reached out online to see if anyone would be interested helping me navigate my chaotic life I was completely exhausted.
I received a kind email from Jenny offering for her to take time to hear what I was asking for. She listened as I explained everything she was patient, kind and easy to talk to I could just feel that she was someone I needed in my life. She has been working with me to navigate my situation working on developing all areas of my life. She has understood my personal goals, once she helped me develop them, and allows our sessions to naturally flow allowing for evaluation and development. I admire that Jenny is able to adapt to each session and is still able to have outcomes even when I’m having trouble. Jenny is calming and rational and has helped me achieve a much clearer direction for my life. Although maintaining her professionalism we have developed a relationship where I feel like I have friend/supporter that is external to my life that I can open up to. She has assisted with improving the way I do things and not by enforcing a generic method that are supposed to fit everyone.
