Constantina has supported me in my journey to finding myself during the messiest part of life. Initially, I was so lost in many aspects of my life, unable to grieve properly over the loss of a family member, negative emotions overruling everything, and unable to heal the suppressed emotions and traumas. With just a few sessions I have been able to feel more in control and back on track. We focused on forgiving, connecting with myself and the universe, finding career options, grieving processes, and coping better on my own. I am now on the way to having an even better relationship with my family, my history and my identity. I personally felt stuck and needed support and direction. I not only gained and overcame my fears, I had the support I needed to overcome my obstacles as I was facing some giants in my life, both work and personally. I found it to be so rewarding and that I was able to have the confidence to excel and overcome my obstacles to create greater success. Soaring with eagles 🦅 now and not with the Turkeys though they are still are around.
I was able to developed more confidence in a greater emotional, mental, spiritual support base and to be able to bounce a professional life coach and create goals, strategies that I otherwise could not do on my own, to be able to get the success I needed.
For myself , it was just like being in the AFL sport or Tennis, Wimbledon, to able to achieve higher and build more confidence, my life coach, was able to produces success that I would not if otherwise achieved.
