Been under WJ supervision for almost a yr , seen a great improvement in terms of strength . And corrected my form as well to prevent any injury , his patience and encouragement help me to complete each session . And he even given me a programme to do at home . Through weight training, cardio and diet control.

It’s not only the workout that matter, but what’s happening outside of it as well. Hence, I have made it a point to guide my clients on their day to day routine to make sure they’re staying active and healthy.

Hard work, determination, grit. It’s definitely not easy, but it will only get easier over time??

The satisfaction of seeing how the transformation positively impact clients! Different people wanna workout for various reasons, might be for health, self-esteem/confidence, etc and it’s really rewarding and reassuring to impact their lives in such a meaningful way.

I was doing group fitness training and I came to realise a few things.

1. Hard to keep track of every individuals’ workout.
2. Difficult to correct each individuals’ forms and postures during the workouts due to time crunch and the sheer number of members in one class.
3. As the workouts are pre-determined, some members will have difficult to perform the exercises due to varying fitness levels or pre-existing conditions & injuries.

As a result, some members achieve their goals at a slower rate, or were doing the workouts wrongly.

Being a Personal Trainer allows me to correct each client’s form and posture. I will also be able to tailor the workout for every individual. Hence, I decided to progress and embark on this meaningful career :)

Passion. And truthfully, I know what it felt like to be unfit and how tough it is to find that determination to transform yourself as I was unfit for a major part of growing up. You’ll be rest assured that I will be there supporting and making sure you achieve your goals.
