What’s your interior design process?
All design projects start with a no-obligation phone consult so that I can establish how my services may be of assistance. If I can, in fact, help and suit a prospective client's needs I schedule an onsite site initial consultation, During this consult your design needs are further explored and I can offer advice in response to any queries. I can usually establish your design brief from this time together from which I can submit a design proposal which details services and cost associated. If this proposal is accepted the work begins. The initial onsite consultation is usually at a cost of $300 plus gst and payable in advance taking around 1 - 1.5 hours to complete.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
I cater for the design style preferred by my clients. I am about helping each client evolve their own personal style rather than enforcing my own style on their vision providing the direction and expertise to keep on their style track once determined.
What do you love most about your job?
I love dealing with clients on a one-on-one basis, helping them to evolve their vision into a practical and achievable application gives immense personal satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for property and property development has inspired to create my own interior design service. I have a wealth of knowledge and most importantly good sense, using these skills to effectively advise clients on design solutions for their interior design challenges.
I love making something a whole lot better than it was before, creating beautiful and functional interiors is both a professional and a personal passion.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am hard-working and through having over 20 years of practical experience in design and property development. I have a wealth of knowledge of the real estate industry and understand how to design to maximise resale value. I work with my clients towards achieving the design outcome of their dreams so that they are happy to live and work in an environment which they find satisfying and functional.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
At this point in time I do not provide my services remotely. I work very well with my clients in person and visit their properties. I have superior design outcomes working in this way.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since Covid restrictions have eased I do not have any set rules around this however I and happy to cooperate with any precautions my client has when visiting their properties.
