I love helping people to see, and truly understand and believe what they are capable of and can achieve. After this happens... I love seeing them fall in love with themselves and accept all of self, accompanied with the desire to grow in ways that THEY wish.
Returned from working overseas, leading a variety of teams in many different high-pressure environments... on my return, I saw how many leaders were confused in their role and would let themselves be confined by societal pressures, questioning themselves and their ability. I knew I had the system and knowledge to help them overcome this... so I tapped in to my experience, added high-level professional qualifications, and here I am.
I'm real. I won't hide behind a persona, I won't sugar coat what I see. But I will guide with love and a pragmatic approach... sprinkled with humour and techniques and models that are proven to help you grow into the best version of yourself. I have thrown myself into so many different cultures and countries that nothing will surprise me, I am 100% judgement free and my high acceptance levels never sway. I understand people, I understand teams, having worked with almost every culture imaginable, I have the ability to see and accept in ways that many cannot.
