I honestly couldn’t recommend Michelle highly enough. My husband and I have seen other therapists in the past, but no one compares to her.

I feel so grateful for my counsellor. She is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but also so real, authentic, and loving in her approach.

It is an honour to be able to help people navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives and provide them with the tools and strategies they need so that they can move forward in a positive way. Being a counsellor means that I have real human meaningful connections every day and it is never lost on me what a privilege that is.
I have worked for myself now for over 20 years. I have been inspired by all the amazing women in my life and have been extremely lucky to have amazing mentors and role models that have helped me over the years.
Firstly, knowing that I am spending time doing something that helps others is a huge motivation for me. I provide practical solutions, tools and advice that clients can go on to use for the rest of their lives. I have faced many challenges and difficult experiences in my life that able me to empathise and connect with people in a different way to a counsellor that is just relying on their education. I genuinely love getting to know people and am truly passionate about my work as a counsellor. I learn something about people in every counselling session I provide and believe that I am a better, more informed person thanks to my counselling clients.
I provide services in the following ways: Online - Zoom / facebook messenger / Skype Telephone counselling
