During the height of COVID, I introduced virtual consultations, remote quoting, and contactless styling options to keep clients safe. While those measures aren’t as necessary now, they’ve become part of my flexible service offering. Clients can still choose remote support if it suits their schedule or location, because convenience and care never go out of style.
