Shocking. Was very easy to book, felt confident from the customer service that they would do a good job. They did a fair clean but missed several things, and are now arguing that sticky residue cannot be removed from melamine cabinets, tiled bathroom floor cannot be cleaned, and hair cannot be picked up off of carpet that I paid to have steam cleaned.
