This is the first time I use BARK. Quote sent in the morning, this company replied in the night, I politely replied that I sorted it out and thanked his/her quote. He/she texted me back with complaining that I didn’t close the request and cost him /her too much to get the info. How do I know I need to close the request! BARK didn’t say that when I sent request.
