Amazing service. Book him in now. We travelled a month ago with 3 kids. 2am pick up and Bernard was outside at 1:30. He notified us and advised for us to take our time. He had the necessary car seat and booster seats in the van already which was awesome. We arrived to the airport and the doors hadn't been opened yet. Bernard told us to wait inside as it was too cold for the kids. So grateful. We also booked him for our arrival which was 2 weeks later. Bernard sent a confirmation text to us the day before. We had a hiccup at the airport on our arrival. Our bag with all our passports, wallets and phones were taken mistakenly. Bernard was waiting for us outside and we had no way of contacting him. We were held by customs for about 5-6hrs. Once we had access to a phone, we contacted him and apologised. Bernard came all the way back to pick us up. If you want service that goes above and beyond.
