Victim to Overcomer Looking back over my life story I could easily dwell on the old highways of fear, shame, depression, rejection and abuse, wallowing in the grief, sorrow and losses of yesterday. However i learned to accept personal accountabilitiy for myself and my life, that i can choose to think, feel and act differently and change my destiny. I decided to choose life, to have a better one than the hand I had been dealt. I chose to be thankful and grateful for every day and every opportunity to learn and grow into a better version of me and be happy. That was the turning point when I began to live out of unconditional Love and Acceptance after many years domestic violence, following a childhood full of physical and emotional violence. I am a life coach with compassion and empathy, understanding your feelings and emotions, able to hold a space for you to explore, learn, create and heal from those things that hold you back, to work together with you exploring the present, unlocking the past and releasing new possibilities in the future, changing your mindset and believing based on facts, science and choice, connection with self and others.
The most enjoyment i get is when a client finds the answer they have been searching for and realises that they are enough. I have overcome many years of depression, anxiety, death of a child, lost of house and everything i own, i had an abusive childhood filled with trauma and lifes challenges filled my life with sadness and sorrow. I believed what i thought was the truth about who i was and hated myself being emotionally overcome at times with suicidal thoughts. I have risen above so much and found healing and lasting change in self awareness and doing the work to change the way i think, the way i behave and the way i feel so that i am living in perfect love and acceptance of myself and who i am for myself and others around me. I wanted to help others to now that nothing is impossible they too can realise their dreams, change their life and live their dreams. The light at the other end of the tunnel is not another freight train coming to wipe them out. It is love acceptance growth adventure and a fresh perspective for new life.
