I'm a former Australian Amateur Boxing Champion so, along with a background/degree in Occupational Therapy & certificate 3 & 4 in personal fitness training, I provide a comprehensive 8 week Fitness training program that gets results. As a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience in both physical & mental health services (along with being a former activities programmer in the Police & Citizens Youth Clubs), I have vast experience to provide health based services to a range of people.
