How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

After an initial consult to see the clients abilities and limitations and talk to them about their goals, I write a program specific to them. Whether it's gym-based or workout from home (online training), my years of experience and knowledge in fitness will help them reach their goals.

The secret is developing a successful mindset by gaining relevant knowledge and having determination. I'll help you develop these attributes for success.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing my clients reach their goals and developing confidence. Nothing is more satisfying than listening to my clients share about their progress and achieving their goals. It does not matter if your goals are short term or long term goal, I can help you get there.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After high school, I became severely unmotivated with the way my life was heading, I decided I had to change. This resulted in me realising I could help others transform their bodies and fitness as well.

If a client is looking for online training only, this is something I definitely offer.

Ideally we will have an initial consult, whether that be in person or via a zoom chat, I will send you a calendar schedule to set up the consult to get you started. I will then be able to get the information required to write a program specific to your goals, needs and also take into account what equipment that have available for use.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Whilst I deal with a lot of people on a day to day basis, my health and wellbeing plays a huge role in my life. Post covid-19 and lockdowns, we went through the safety precautions and government requirements to limit the spread. Post-Covid, I ensure that my clients gain knowledge is practising health & safety in light of the recent epidemic.
