What do you love most about your job?

Being deeply of service to clients and to humanity.

My life's work is to provide the newest paradigms of mind and body understandings to relieve as much human suffering as possible in this world.

I love the consistent blind spots when it comes to the mind body system, that clients get to discover, where they genuinely see that there is nothing wrong with them, they are not flawed or broken, they simply do not completely understand how we work as human beings.

I find such joy in building life long friendships with clients, to hear of their long term integration after our work together.

My clients become an extension of my family and tribe. Many of my clients have gone on to do further training with me in my institute for integrative coaches.

I find such joy in pointing clients back to who they really are, to the innate gifts and wellbeing that exists within each and every one of them.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to help people who had experienced challenges just like myself.

One of my passions has been to share what has helped me significantly, with as many people as I can.

I love helping people and being of service to them.

My business is an expression of my extensive study in trainings worth over $200,000 for me to find the most innovate, long term transformational modalities for both myself, as well as my clients.

I dealt with the challenges of an outdated medical system for many many years, with my own struggles mentally and physically. When I was able to discover root cause resolution, it became my passion to share this with as many people as I could.

Why should our clients choose you?

I work with my clients to provide them with the latest research based approaches, that have a standard of long term change.

I do not look for where my clients are flawed, broken or need to be fixed. I look for where they are innately well, with how to draw that out of them.

I operate with an integration of 3 foundational areas, which I teach in my institute.
1. The foundations of the psychological system-
This involves the neuroscience and function of the brain, how it works and how we can actually change it for the long term. In this area clients discover, how their experience is actually created from moment to moment.
2. The foundations of the biological system-
This involves looking at the mind body connection, particularly the respiratory system (breathing) , the digestive system, the hormonal system and the digestive system. Often this is overlooked in the area of therapy and coaching, where there is a primary focus on "fixing" a clients "thinking" or "perspective"
3. The foundations of systems and skillsets-
This looks at the fact that to create anything in our life, it requires habits. Habits can be referred to as systems and there is a particular science to cultivate realistic habits that actually stick long term. One of my passions is for clients to not only understand and support the mind, as well as body, but for them to be able to actually implement small, realistic shifts for change outside of sessions.
Skillsets refer to boundaries, assertiveness and the art of communication, as well as useful presuppositions to see the world through.

Yes, my business is primarily online. Since moving to this method in 2020, there has been even more impact with clients which is reflected in my reviews on google since that time.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

All sessions are online. This means there is no face to face contact, for there to be any risk in relation to Covid-19. Sessions are commenced primarily through zoom video messaging as well as phone calls for check in's between sessions.
