I broke my leg bouldering when I was training full time as an a&e doctor and I was finding it really hard to motivate myself to get back into fitness. Alex tailored such brilliant sessions for me whilst being the best company and was so motivating to get me back into a routine. He accommodates my erratic work schedules and each session flies by because they are all different, and he makes them fun even though you are pushed to the max (my little brother is a CrossFit athlete and nearly vomited because he thought he could outdo Alex.)
