I have trained with BFW for over a year and I have reached all my initial goals but have set new ones and still training. I love their approach and now I feel happier, healthier and fitter than ever before. Would deffinetly recommend.

Everything starts with listening and understanding our clinets' requirements.
We provide bespoke training and nutrition plans as well as our holistic approach to training nutrition and lifestyle in order for our clients to achieve long lasting resutls.

It wouldn't be a secret if we told you ;)
One thing is certain, there is no magic pill for transoframtion, however a good support system and consistency will definitely set you off in the right direction.

Being a part of the support system that helps our clients make progress and achieve their results.
Its powerful to see someone get happier and know that you have contributed in making that person achieve what previously didnt think was possible.

With the experience and knowledge that we have obtained over the years, we felt it would be a disservice to not share this with others and try and help others become stronger better, healthier, happier.

Yes. As we live in the 21st century and with Covid still at our heels, we recognise that it might be more convenient for some to train over video calls. We try our utmost to accomodate our clients' requirements.

Same as 1-2-1 session, HOWEVER you can bring along a partner or a friend for ABSOLUTELY FREE

We understand that with Covid still lurking around as well as this possibly being the most appropriate way to train for some, we offer online training via video calls.
