I’m in my mid 50s and have not exercised for many years. I have a couple of medical issues around my joints and Edward has focused heavily on strengthening those. He is flexible, professional and above all, will not let me slack off without a fight! Sure he never pushes me beyond my limits to a point where I could hurt myself, but he does have an amazing judgement of how far I can go, even more than I think myself. Within a couple of weeks of training twice a week with Edward I could visually see a difference in the tone of my legs, something that I did not expect so soon into the process. Whilst I am sure that Edward is used to working with people who are far more fitness savvy than me, he never makes me feel like that, he is patient and understanding.
