There is no substitute for offline sessions. Motivation talks, workshops and training are the best in person as we are working with Humans. However for locational challenges and logistic reasons, if we need to do online, we will do it. Recently I did an online session for 300+ pilots of an airline. It is very difficult to get them all in one location so we chose online. The session was well appreciated and was very well received.
Safety begins at home. One is advised to always use masks and sanitiser. I am triple vaccinated. To follow protocols announced by the government is a good starting step towards safety from covid perspective.
