The carer that peach care has to me supplied is exactly what I needed, her name is shantel. Before shantel became my carer I did not have my hair washed for about 6 months and I just layed in bed 24hrs a day 7 days a week. I was chronically depressed and I had a stroke and lost the use of my right arm and hand. I also had my left big toe amputated due to diabetes. Shantel cheers me up and lifts the awfull depression and feelings of suicide. The only complaint I have is the fact that shantel only gets 1hr to wash my hair and wash my back and Hoover around my bed. One hour is not long enough. I get on very well with Shantel because she fully understands the effect a stroke has on a person having had a stroke herself. I have been told that she is leaving the job, I don't know how I will cope without her. Your company is extremely lucky to have her and you should consider it to be a great loss to lose her. What do you love most about your job?
We love what we do. We have been doing this for 13 years. Even during the pandemic, one of the most challenging times in our sector, we still enjoyed looking after our clients. It is gratifying to see the smile on the faces of our clients after every visit.
All our carers share the same passion and love for helping individuals stay safe in the comfort of their homes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During the pandemic, we saw so many companies shut down, including our company at the time. The director decided she had enough. My team wanted to stay together; our 30+ clients were all pleased with the service they were receiving. The council and NHS CCG wanted the team to continue because of the positive feedback from all our clients. So we decided we should form a company to carry on the excellent work.
This was how we formed Peach Care Service Ltd.

Carers will continue wearing masks indoors to ensure clients are always protected from any possible infection. PPE will be worn at all times.

Respite Care
Much of the care provided in the UK is by unpaid family carers, whether by the children, spouses who care for their partner or wider family members. Respite care services offer the short-term provision of care and support to relieve a regular carer, providing a rest when they need it and a chance to recharge. Respite care allows families to plan a break or even a holiday with the peace of mind that their loved one is being looked after with the same level of care and compassion as they offer themselves.
Choosing to have in-home respite care helps to minimise disruption and ensures that your loved one stays within the home and community they are most familiar with, enabling them to keep to their routines, surrounded by home comforts. If you require full-time live-in care or regular hourly care with someone to drop in when you need them, we deliver flexible and tailored respite care at home to suit your needs planned in advance or at short notice to offer a regular break for families. Child Care
Peach Care Services Ltd has a children support team dedicated to supplying bespoke care and support to children of diverse needs. Our service provides support sessions and group work to children and young people aged 4-18 years old who live or attend school within the Milton Keynes area.
We provide quality care and support for children who have been impacted by domestic abuse, living in households where there have been issues around anti-social behaviour, poor parental mental health or simply children whose parents are working.

Live-In Care
Live-in care is when a carer moves into the home of the elderly person being cared for to provide care. It may seem a daunting prospect, so in the best interest of the staff, we take a good time to carefully match the needs to the right carer, so the transition to live-in care is as straightforward as possible. The services offered by a live-in carer will be tailored to you or your loved one’s individual needs.

We provide support with medication management. This Includes different levels of support from ordering to administrating medication. We use technology to ensure no medication is missed. Both our domiciliary and live-in carers can help effectively manage all medication needs and will support you or your loved one with any aspect of their medication that they need help with.
Our highly trained and qualified carers can help to ensure that:
No medication is missed out
Medication mistakes that may lead to harmful drug interactions are avoided
Medication is administered as prescribed and if not, the procedure is duly followed.
Pain is managed adequately
Prescriptions are collected, when required and where possible, home delivery service introduced
