We can do both. We have incorporated the virtual side to our business ever since the pandemic started and honestly, It is doable and can have the same impact as a regular one on one workout if only your trainer is using the right tools, helps you achieve discipline (which is very important) and is creative.
You do not need dumbells or anything fancy to start a workout at home!
We are mostly inclined towards virtual sessions. If the clients feel comfortable coming down to our studio, we have sanitizers placed everywhere, the equipment is sanitized after every client leaves and social distancing measures are taken.
