Being part of someone's journey to healing, to wholeness is an amazing gift. I know that when someone moves through something that seemed so impossible, or that was creating suffering in their life, that they will AUTOMATICALLY pay it forward as it ripples through their life.
It feels good to be doing what you feel most deeply called to do. In my case, in all positions I've worked, serving others was primary. Now I can do it in a way that is most direct, and aligned with my heart and soul.
They should choose me if they want to choose me. That is the only criteria of 'should' is that they want to, because they are called to in their own heart. People that choose to work with me do so because they feel safe, heard, supported, finally understood, and know I will do everything to empower them so they can liberate themselves from suffering and achieve their expansive, wonderful goals in life.
I provide both in person, and virtual sessions. Virtual sessions are usually with Zoom. Each client has a unique Zoom link. These sessions typically are between 60 and 90 mins. There are a few services that go for up to 3 hours. Sessions can be recorded, transcribed and summarized on request. We can also work over the phone.
Followed all provincial health protocols. Nobody I've worked with has contracted COVID as a result of sessions.

I was having a difficult time and really needed someone to guide me and help sort out all of what was going on in my head. Before I began working with Matthew, I was struggling with the high-stress demands of work and failing to balance all other aspects of my life so I was looking to adapt new methods to make some real improvements and refocus my efforts and state of mind However without the right guide, I was lost . I tried counseling and many self-help methods but still felt like they weren’t quite clicking, and I was spiritually drained. In our sessions, I felt free to really explore more deeply what was really going on and came to understand some of the deeper issues that were underneath my challenges. Matthew helped shed new light with a new way of thinking that refreshed my outlook and helped me stand in my power, communicate more clearly, and focus on solving the real issues not only in my work life but my whole life. Matthew's approach and intellectual/spiritual depth are a rare combination with a real uncanny ability to understand where you’re at and effortlessly guide you through awareness with identifying feelings rather than just relying on old thinking, giving an opportunity for noticeable positive change. Not everything is easy, and I found with some effort pushing through some of these challenges has given me new confidence and has helped simplify and center myself. Après 4 ans au Québec, dans la quel ta langue maternelle est l'espagnol, niveau de français presque moyenne. Des années sans pouvoir partager tes pansements ainsi que dégager la tension que nous aborde quotidiennement . Comme par exemple, la réalité d'une nouvelle vie, société, tes situations personnelles, amoureuse ainsi que professionnelle etc etc. (Adam) est la personne indiquée, plus que idéal ! excellente pour trouver le chemin, t'écouter, surtout essayer de comprendre pour vous guider à retrouver la meilleure version de vous. ( ¡¡¡Même si tu ne parles pas bien le français!!) Être capable de trouver ce type de personne n'est rien facile. Déjà que ces intentions de vouloir collaborer avec toi ca vien avec des talents personnel que lui est capable de combiné professionnellement. Donc, si tu lis ce message et tu connais un ami qui besoin l'assistance, partage et donne la recommandation SVP !). Ou toi même que besoin parlé, libère des idées, certains tensions internes, trouve des solutions entre tous les pansements qui pourraient nous frustrer.
