I recently engaged Ruslan Bily to decorate my flat in Stockbridge. I was away with work at the time and was very nervous about leaving my flat in the hands of someone I had never met! Ruslan and his team are a breath of fresh air! Just as he promised, Ruslan was dedicated to "doing the job right" and went the extra mile to fix up little things as he found them. He was very straightforward to work with. He and his team delivered everything we wanted with a minimum of fuss within the timescales discussed and for the agreed budget. Good email communication meant that clarifications were easy and there were no misunderstandings on project scope. We asked him to paint 3 rooms and lay a wooden floor. All done to a very professional standard. They were willing to "experiment" for us - we wanted to see if our hall wallpaper could take a paint covering before resorting to stripping and repainting. Ruslan and the guys did a great job here. They were also willing to help in other ways - volunteering to collect materials and insisting on manhandling a heavy sofa upstairs for us (not part of their job at all!).
