Tom, Chris and team at Tazks recently completed the conversion of my domestic garage to a studio apartment at the back of my house and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Tom communicated with me every day, ensuring I was happy with the progress. Both Tom and Chris went over and beyond to assist me with the project, and nothing was ever a problem. They arrived punctually when they said they’d commence and had people onsite every day, ensuring the job was done in a timely manner. Everything was kept clean and tidy and the conversion was in turn key condition when they left. 5 star review for Tom and the team at Tazks Building Services. They recently completed a porch at the front of our house to an excellent standard. Tom, Chris & Ger were always on hand to answer questions and offer advice throughout. Tom was in constant communication to let us know what was happening and what stage of the build was next. The guys were always very professional, clean and polite throughout. The porch ended up better than we had expected and we’ve gotten lots of complements from the neighbours! Tom and Chris and their team took my job following another builder stepping down. They communicated from beginning to end. They were here every day and handled a big workload in the space of four days. They knocked out a redundant chimney breast, knocked out a wall between two small rooms and remodelled another fireplace removing a back boiler and all associated works. Electrics were replaced, walls were relined and skimmed, ceilings were reskimmed etc. Basically I have a new sittingroom to an A rated standard. They kept to and finished on schedule.
I can highly recommend them as professionals and courteous decent people.
