Was delighted with the service, will use again.

I hired Richard to bring water out to a new shed, install a new shower pump, radiator and water softener. After just 2 months the shower pump stopped working. I contacted Richard to ask him to look at it, but he didn't reply for over week. I got another plumber to look at it who told me the pump was faulty and could be replaced on warranty but needed the receipt and location of purchase to do this. I contacted Richard again who this time replied offering to either provide the receipt or replace the pump himself. I asked initially how quickly he could replace it, but again he failed to answer my message. I messaged him again asking him to send a photo of the receipt but again he failed to reply. I asked around local pumping shops and learned where he bought the pump, but the needed a receipt or his account number to issue a credit note. Again, I messaged him asking for this information and again he didn't reply. I haven't been able to bath or shower our small children at home for over two weeks at this stage and will have to pay for a new pump with a different plumber.
