Hello Medhat, I only found your review now as I don't check here often. I'd like to clarify that I did 2 hours in your kitchen doing deep clean going behind and under kitchen appliances, including deep washing the floor. And I spent an hour deep cleaning specific areas in your downstairs room moving stuff around and I also hoovered all downstairs. I even used my own products which is normally included in the deep clean rate (different from £20phr what you paid). I spent 3 hours working hard in the house full of smoke and I'm getting a one star review. I hope you can revisit your views for the sake of other cleaners that you might have in the future.
