Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were disappointed with the clean. We were surprised by your comments as we did revisit the property and inspect the areas mentioned. The windows, door handles and other areas referred to had been cleaned. We would also like to clarify that the original quotation did not include an after-builder's clean, and an additional kitchen was also added at your request. We completed both without increasing the agreed price. We take pride in our work and always aim to be helpful and flexible. We are sorry you felt the service did not meet your expectations, but we are confident we carried out the agreed clean, as well as additional work outside the original quotation.
