Clients can send details about their property, including the number of rooms, size of the home and any specific cleaning requirements. Photos or videos of the property can also be shared to help us provide a more accurate quote. Based on this information, we will prepare a personalised quote and explain the recommended service plan before scheduling your first visit. This remote quoting process allows clients to arrange their cleaning service easily without needing an in-person assessment, saving time while ensuring you receive an accurate and transparent price.

At PRYSTN, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our clients is a top priority. Following Covid-19, we strengthened our safety procedures to ensure every visit is carried out responsibly and with the highest hygiene standards. Our Cleaning Specialists complete Covid-19 awareness training through the NHS e-learning programme, ensuring they understand infection prevention, hygiene practices and how to work safely within clients’ homes. Specialists follow strict hygiene protocols, including regular hand sanitising before, during and after each visit. Where requested, our team can also wear face coverings while working in your home. All cleaning equipment and materials are regularly sanitised, and we use effective disinfectants to clean high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, kitchens and bathrooms. Where possible, we assign the same Cleaning Specialist to each client. This reduces the number of different people entering your home and helps maintain a consistent and trusted service. If a specialist experiences any symptoms of illness, they will not attend appointments and alternative arrangements will be made if required.
