Every cleaner is vetted and insured, and I stay personally involved so every customer gets the standard I'd want in my own home.
Because we're local, reliable and personal. Every cleaner is DBS-checked, and we carry public liability insurance plus cover for the work we do in your home. Our prices are clear and upfront: £25/hr for a standard clean, £35/hr for a full deep clean, and fixed prices for extras like ovens and inside windows, so there are no surprises. I stay personally involved in every booking, so if anything isn't right, you deal with me directly and we put it right. Our customers' reviews say it best: 'Nothing is too much trouble.
Our cleaning is carried out in person at your home, but everything else can be done online. You can get a quote, book and manage your cleans through our online booking system, and pay by bank transfer. We can also do free quotes over the phone or from photos and video of your home, so there's no need for a visit first. We cover Norwich and the surrounding areas, including Wymondham, Hethersett, Cringleford, Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, Lowestoft, Diss and Eye.
We take hygiene seriously in every home we clean. Our cleaners clean their equipment between jobs, and if a cleaner feels unwell they won't come – we'll rearrange or send someone else.
