At first contact very professional but then spoke to someone I couldn't understand tried several times but unable to hear clearly what was being said so unable to converse properly.

Uncertain why you could not understand us. Was the there a poor signal on the line? According to our records we put our cleaner Colette in touch with you on 18 November. She came back to me the following day and said she had made contact but had been told that you no longer needed any one?? Sorry we were unable to assist this time.
