We’re sincerely sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. After speaking with our team, they explained that they brought the appropriate cleaning products based on the information provided at the time of booking. ( that the house had already been cleaned ) The heavy grease buildup in the kitchen had not been disclosed, which required stronger specialist chemicals than they had available. During the visit, additional tasks—including cleaning the garage, washing the exterior windows, and the lawn/patio area—were also requested. These services were not included in the original booking or quotation, so they were outside the agreed scope of work. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and service.
