Set up a cleaner through Elegantini for my elderly dad, couldn't be more pleased with the service offered. Samantha has been amazing in finding the perfect cleaner 'Nicola', she is not only a wonderful and hardworking cleaner, but has also been amazing company for our dad, when we can't be with him. Can't praise enough.

Sam is a consummate professional . She mad a home visit and surveyed my needs and wants. Within 24 hours she had found me a housekeeper to match, and within a week my home was being cleaned.

Samantha was very professional and came to our house to meet us, go over our needs and then organised Kelly our cleaner to come the following week and accompanied her around the house showing her what we’d discussed.

We use the clients equipment and supplies, this is due to our clients preferring to use their own products. Many clients have allergies or prefer to use their own products on their delicate furniture. It is also important not to cross contaminate from home to home.

I was a busy working mum with a long commute to work. I struggled to find a traditional housekeeper to help me and busy family. When I started to research into housekeeping, I realised that the service was not available in Kent. I set up Elegantini Ltd in January 2016 to offer clients a bespoke, traditional housekeeping service. We pride ourselves on a high customer service and professional housekeepers.
