Thank you for sharing your experience. However, I would like to clarify several points in your review, as some of the statements made are not accurate. The original £180 quote was increased to £200 because, during our conversation, additional cleaning requirements were revealed that were not included in the information initially provided. The arrangement to return on a second day was also discussed with the client, and this was to fit around their moving-out arrangements and the deadline they had given me. I also want to clarify that I do not have diabetes, so the statement suggesting that I was making demands because of a diabetic condition is incorrect. Regarding the bathrooms, I was initially informed that I only needed to clean one bathroom and toilet because the other toilet was not being used. When I arrived, the client's husband asked me to clean the additional toilet. I explained that this was not part of what had originally been agreed, and I therefore declined to do that additional work. Importantly, the client's husband was present while I was carrying out the work and actually commented that my work was good. This is very different from the suggestion in the review that the work was simply poor and unacceptable. I am always happy to address genuine concerns about my work, but I believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect what was discussed and agreed between both parties. I have no issue taking responsibility for anything that is genuinely my fault, but I cannot accept statements that are factually incorrect or give a misleading impression of what happened. I wish the client well with their move, but I felt it was necessary to provide clarification for anyone reading this review.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm genuinely sorry that you feel I was responsible for the stain on the bathroom window sill. However, I respectfully maintain that I did not cause the damage. During the clean, I used a Pink Stuff floor cleaner only on the bathroom floor, and I informed you of this. I did not use that product on the window sill. The product is clearly labelled as a floor cleaner, and having carried out end-of-tenancy cleaning for many years, I understand the importance of using the correct cleaning products on the appropriate surfaces. Using a floor cleaner on a window sill is not something I would do. I appreciate that you have reached a different conclusion based on your own evidence, but I cannot accept responsibility for damage that I did not cause. I always aim to provide a professional, honest, and high-quality service, and I regret that we were unable to resolve this matter amicably. I wish you all the best with your future tenancy.
