Appointment booked for months, waiting this morning for my phone call to confirm the time that didn’t happen waited many hours and phoned them to confirm what time they would be arriving. Terrible I booked the deep clean service for £129. I got a couple of emails to confirm then a number of texts the day or so before to say someone would call me in the morning and let me know what time they would arrive. They would expect it to be around 1pm. Nothing at 3pm so called then. The lady said they were on the way. Got to 5pm and still nobody so I called again. The man assured me he would call me back. Still waiting for him to call. I got a survey email the next day and responded saying that the cleaning had not taken place. Tommy apologised and said he would get back to me ! Still waiting. First i would like to say that Matt was brilliant and cleaned our Neff Slide & Hide oven and now it is like new again I can't fault this and would reccomend having said that we were let down by a management cockup. We were down for an AM visit but had to call office at 1.30pm when no one arrived they said they were very sorry and very quickly got a technition to me at 3.30pm and clean was undertaken.We have been customers for several years and up to now have had no problems till today but We have booked our next 2 cleans.
