Smooth, pain free and quite pleasant considering we were moving from a five bedroom house to a three. The young men and mature lads were attentive careful and asked our preferences. We had a pack and move Service and I would recommend it to anyone that is not as able as they used to be or even if they are able. I broke my hip into places and was no good to anybody. I didn’t need to be. The guys were great. Michael the Manager really understands customer service and has trained Niall his foreman to instill the same in his crew I could go on for ages because I am so pleased with the Service I will be recommending to everyone. Mike and his team are fantastic! They all worked so hard to ensure we were moved in! They stayed longer, came back to help with a little bit extra too! I used Premier Cotswolds Removals in December 2025 for my house move. I chose them for 2 reasons:- it is a small family business and I got a very good vibe from Michael when he came round to give me a quote and they seemed more than just a removals company that gets you from A to B. And I wasn’t wrong. Michael and his team are amazing. Very professional and respectful of the environment they work in. They couldn’t do enough for me. Nothing was too much. I was downsizing and I was happy to give away anything I couldn’t take with me ie furniture, artwork etc but Michael offered to take it to auction for me and I’m so glad I listened to him because the reward was quite impressive. They also got rid of all the things I didn’t want . All in all, I couldn’t recommend this firm highly enough. For me they were an absolute godsend. Definitely a firm that offers a very high quality service that is becoming very rare these days. Not to mention the fact that they are very hard working, very polite guys all round. Very friendly and hardworking. Moved me over two days from OX14 to HG3. Took my bed to pieces but put it back together. Unplumbed and replumbed my washing machine. There was a bit of confusion about which bedroom was which in Harrogate for box relocation, and I found my bath mat in a kitchen box (lol) but great move. However, if you can pack yourself, do. Premier Cotswold removers were so patient with us. Our house move went from September to January and lots of problems in between. Every time we phoned to change the date nothing was a problem for them. Once we had a firm date they arrived the day before to take as much as possible from the house which made it so much easier to prepare the house for the new occupant. They supplied everything we needed from packing boxes to bubble wrap and tape. Larger items were well wrapped for protection and we didn’t suffer one breakage.Would recommend without hesitation.
