We clean to get your security deposit back Prior to leaving your property your letting agent or landlord would request you clean the property to the standard that the property was handed to you on the first day of your tenancy. After you leave a inventory clerk will produce a checkout report and highlight any areas that need cleaning or attention which will be sent to your agent or landlord. If your property isn't cleaned to the standard required to reflect against the check-in report or inventory you was given or signed on accepting the property when being given the keys when you moved in, the agent or landlord will require a cleaning company they choose to come in and clean the property and deduct this from your security deposit being held. We clean so many properties for letting agents and landlords we see this frequently. So it is always best to get the property clean in between moving out and the final day of your tenancy so that when you hand over the property it is in the best condition possible to then get your full deposit returned and in a much fast time allowing you to move on to you next home. We take photos of all our work both pre clean and post clean for your records to give you all the pictures so you have a clear record of the clean in the event you get told in the checkout of something that requires attention. We call this cleaning protection dispute prevention. We do not work on a hourly rate we work until the job is completed for the price agreed prior to attending your property. We cover from ceiling to floor in every room making sure it is cleaned throughout, bedrooms bathrooms, kitchens, ovens fridges, hobs, tiles baths showers, door frames, skirting boards, radiators front and back, coving, lights, switches, sockets etc. Nothing is missed. Having work done to your property if a complete repaint throughout or an extension can be a messy and disruptive process. We like the responses from customers once the cleans have been completed and seeing their reactions to how the property has been transformed. it is very satisfying to see customers pleased with the work and that they know we have done everything required to help them either hand back the property to a letting agent or landlord in the best condition or for customers who have a property they are moving into which we have cleaned so they don't have the hassle of cleaning a home they are moving into which is a stressful experience in it's self.
I have been cleaning domestically for years and it was clients who said that the attention to detail and that I had always gone above and beyond that encouraged me to take my enjoyment and pride in cleaning to specialise in deep cleaning and end of and pre tenancy cleaning.
So many people like to use the word professional cleaners. we don't use this word as you are only as good as your last clean. The reason we should be used is that we are very stringent on cleaning and work to a cleaning checklist so that nothing gets missed and all our cleans we take pre clean and post clean photos of all our work to document everything that has been cleaned. We also do not work to an hourly rate. We never leave a clean until it is done to our standard so we do not clock watch and stay until the job is complete whatever the time.
