Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the standard of the deep clean provided. We paid for a professional deep clean, but after the cleaners had spent around 7.
5 hours at the property, numerous areas were still left dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to the standard expected.
The oven in particular was not cleaned properly, along with several other areas that I had to photograph and raise with the company afterwards. While they did offer a partial goodwill reduction after seeing the photos, the overall experience was still disappointing and I did not feel the service represented good value for money.
I appreciate that the company responded to my complaint, but based on the quality of the actual cleaning, I would not use the service again.
