For almost two years I lived and breathed intense exercise regimes and low-calorie meal plans. The Truth... Whilst there were many benefits to a "healthier" lifestyle, I soon noticed that obsessing over the number on the scales and excessive calorie counting was doing more harm than good. This has led me to overhaul my mindset and my approach to my own training and coaching! With all of my experience and knowledge, I have been able to mentor and guide my clients to achieve sustainable weight loss and improved body composition without restriction and added stress. Not only that, but all of my clients have benefitted from feeling more body confident, stronger, and happier within themselves. As Fitness and Wellness Coach, I deliver my services via Online Fitness Classes, Group-based Online Programs, and 1-1 Personal Online Coaching. I also offer face-to-face training sessions for women local to the Wakefield area. My mission is to help women feel healthy and balanced, by reducing the overwhelm, stress, and restriction of "diet culture". I am an accredited Personal Trainer Practitioner, registered with CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) and am fully insured.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

No more yoyo dieting and starving yourself.

Being able to positively impact the lives of women by helping them become fitter, stronger and healthier.

What inspired you to start your own business?

A fitness journey is more than just the reps you do in the gym with a personal trainer, it's overcoming barriers, dealing with life's challenges, creating a healthy mindset, and training for the right reasons.

I wanted to create a service that offered my clients a safe and understanding space to begin their fitness journey and make lasting changes for life, not just for a holiday.

The majority of my services are online. In-person PT sessions will always include sanitised equipment I can wear a mask upon request.
