Yes of course, 30, 45 and 60 minute online training sessions are all available online via Zoom, WhatsApp video call or Face Time. Workouts can be done with no or minimal equipment, however if you would like to invest in some equipment I will advise on the most suitable and affordable equipment to purchase.
Safety is of utmost importance to me and as many of us have experienced, this is a fast moving situation with regular updates and changes. We feel a huge responsibility to keep you safe during sessions.
- All equipment is sanitised after each use.
- Online personal training sessions are available and encouraged.
- If requested, all in person sessions can be conducted outdoors with social distancing in place of 1 metre.
- If preferred, there will be no hands on adjustments.
- If requested, I will wear a face mask if training you indoors.
