How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I help clients achieve their fitness goals simply by educating them on executing proper form and technique. It is also equally important to learn the fundamental of exercise and nutrition. Everything has a main role to achieving your fitness goal, as long you are consistence and discipline.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There's no secret. It's all about consistency. It is your decision whether you want go to make better habits like getting a trainer and eating healthier.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing when my clients start seeing results and want to push themselves further. I'm happy if they're happy .

What inspired you to start your own business?

I originally wanted to become an esthetician and help people with their skin conditions but then when I started working out and fell in love. Not only I started seeing results but I felt good every time I left the gym. I made better choices and even became a vegetarian for 10 years now. I wanted to put all my friends on and started helping them. I had a friend who was a personal trainer and he encourage me to do, few weeks after that's conversation I became a trainer with Goodlife and ever looked back. I am now a Esthetican and a Personal trainer!

I believe it's all about creating good relationships. This for sure makes the experience fun and not as hard as it seems. If you have someone like me I will always encourage you and keep you accountable. You will start seeing results because you will start believing in yourself. you would want to do better and be better!

I'm good for Virtually and Remotely. During the Covid -19 I did a lot of Virtually training and it was pretty awesome because I was able to train people outside the country. I also would do remotely if it's near by.
