I love helping people improve and I love helping organizations become world class. Sharing and helping is the most satisfying part of my job and indeed to see people achieve their goals and dreams
What inspired you to start your own business?
I get a sense of accomplishment and joy when I see the people and the organizations I work with make the desired change. In the corporate world, I get to help just one company and the people there, while in business there is no limit to the number of organizations and the people I can help make a change; and not limited by industry or geography.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our clients do not have to go through all the struggles and falls I had to go through to get where I am today. Coming from a middle-class background, my confidence was low when I started my career. Speaking over the telephone or presenting in meetings was not easy for me. Hard work was my motto, but I did not know how to smartly make an impression, and it took me years to realize that I was always more competent than what was needed for my role. I want to shorten the growth path for my coachees and clients to get to where they want to. They should realize their potential, set their goals, and achieve the same faster. The clients should go fast and farr.

Executive Coaching
In the competitive and ever-changing world of business and industry today, managers and leaders are faced with the need to work in an increasingly and continuously challenging environment. To meet these challenges, one needs new perspectives, skill sets and modes of behaviour. Executive coaching engagement will help the coachee to achieve all of this.
The aim of executive coaching is to transform the quality of an executive’s working and personal life through sustained behavioural change.
Executive Coaching is primarily concerned with designing and facilitating change and continuous improvement.
It involves understanding and leveraging an individual’s strengths, as well as recognizing and overcoming his or her weaknesses.
Executive coaching sessions frequently deal with interpersonal effectiveness, leadership development, personal change, and transformation with a strong focus on various facets of the coachee’s behavior.
Executive Coaching is meant for an organization’s CEO or senior executives who are doing well in their current roles but need to address a few critical capability gaps through a personal change in order to be able to take on leadership positions.
Operational Leadership Coaching
While Executive coaching is typically for senior executives focusing on leadership development and behavioural change, wherein the engagement will be over a six-month period; operational coaching, on the other hand, is short-duration coaching to help supervisors, managers, or any individual to solve operational issues at hand. The coaching could be a one-hour session or extend to several short sessions. Operational coaching helps to get greater clarity on the issue and to take action soon to make the change. It brings clarity of thought and accuracy of action.
Operational coaching helps functional heads and managers to manage their responsibilities more efficiently and effectively. The coaching can help to improve execution, presentation, customer satisfaction, meeting quality, and process flow. Coachees can also get help for goal setting, statistical analysis and meeting KPI and targets.
Organisational Coaching
Organisational Coaching works well for small and medium organisations to help the business leaders/owners drive change and improve the company. It can be also used as a group coaching intervention to coach team members from one functional group or strategic business unit.
Organisational Coaching typically deals with providing directions in policy deployment and strategic and tactical direction in operations and organisational development. The organisational leaders and teams can discuss challenges in productivity, profitability, efficiency, appraisal systems, discipline, safety, skill development, team dynamics, succession planning etc. This intervention helps to handle challenges in driving change and continuous improvement initiatives like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM etc
Leadership Check-up
Akin to a health check-up a leadership check-up helps the candidate gain self-awareness. It begins with a short discussion with the coach so that the challenges and objectives are clear. Based on the development need or challenges the coach will suggest a few psychometric-based tests. Upon completion of tests, the results would be presented to the candidate and a coaching session set up to explain the results. When the assessment is sought by an organization, a summary of the results of all candidates is presented to the leadership team as well.
After the debriefing session, the candidate may want to get into a coaching engagement with a certified coach. Operational coaching or executive coaching may be opted, based on the initial discussion with a coach.
