After a thorough cleaning & biocide wash. As official ProPERLA coatings experts, we can apply a clear or coloured coating that is waterproof, thermally efficient, self cleaning and has a ten year guarantee. A detailed guarantee certificate is issued to each customer covered by the manufacturer.
We undertake any necessary remedial repairs & then removal of moss lichens & algae from the roof. Next, an application of biocide to kill off microbial spores to help prevent re-growth. We then remove all waste caused by the works to an appropriate licenced waste site.
