House Cleaning

Arranged a visit to confirm requirements, cleaner didn't show up, when I messaged her she said she was no longer a cleaner and thought the company would have told me.

Our cleaner unfortunately had to stop work due to ill health. She phoned him immediately but he didn't answer and there was no answer-phone When we tried to phone him to say that we had a replacement cleaner there was again no answer and no way of leaving a message for him Also, we have never received a call from this person and no messages have ever been left on our answer-machine from him. We have still never been able to get through to him so we are mystfied why he left this post.

House Cleaning

Lovely lady. Reason for star rating is that she leaves mopped floors very wet. We have bought a bucket that has a leaver that you press with your foot to spin mop but it doesn’t seem to have made much difference.

I felt very disappointed and let down by this company. The time keeping of the cleaners was appalling even I had words with them about it it made no difference.
