After working for a local company for over 20 years i felt the need it was time to be my own boss to offer the customer my personal care and joy of working for them.
On every job i will go through and talk to the customer and show them what i am going to do step by step and the price i quote is the price they pay. I belive that this is the best pratice and keep the customer in the know.
Using google earth or maps is a good way of seeing the proptery from above or from the ground. Also have a website that we can book jobs on too.
There is no need for close customer contact we can keep the safe distance apart and I will always where a mask when customer is present. We will keep our customers safe.
