Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I had ongoing damp issues in my home and was really worried about the damage, but the team quickly put my mind at ease. They carried out a thorough inspection, clearly explained the problem, and recommended the best solution without any pressure.

The work was completed to a very high standard, on time, and with minimal disruption. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. Since the treatment, the damp has completely gone and the difference is incredible.

I was a little sceptical when I first met Terry, he quickly came to inspect my roof ( actually got a ladder and went up there, which a couple of others didn’t bother to do) gave me a quote that day and said that the work would have a 10 year guarantee, all which seemed too good to be true.
He has been excellent, keeping me informed every morning on wether he would be able to do the work that day due to all the rain we’ve been having, he finally was able to get here today to complete the work going over and above by cleaning the gutters and sending photos of everything.

It was a pleasure dealing with Terry. Our initial contact was for gutter cleaning. We already knew we had some issues with our roof and had intended to get this done in the Spring but he identified some urgent issues and took videos of the damage so that we could see exactly what needed to be done. His price was competitive, he constantly stayed in touch, calling and texting with updates. Each day he discussed what was happening and always kept us informed. Great company to deal with, can't speak highly enough of terry and the team. The initial job seemed straight forward until the gas company decided to throw a flood at it by leaving open drains outside of the house during a few days of heavy rain which made the living room a swimming pool. This was all sorted by the team in an efficient and professional manner giving us a new living room floor, a new damp proof course, new drainage channels, re-plastering of the living room and finally repointing the exterior brick work.
