Has your roof got a build up of moss & lichen? We can clean it by one of two methods scraping off any large growth and treat it with a biocide to kill any biofilm. This process works on contact time and although microorganisms are killed in the first few days yellow and white lichen can take up 12 months to completely fall off with weathering. The result is a cleaner & much brighter roof. The other method which isnt suitable for all roofs is to steam clean, this gives an instant clean.

If you have either lots of trees around your property or moss growing on your roof you will probably find that your gutters get clogged regularly with debris. We suggest dependant on what’s around the house to have gutters cleared once year and twice a year for areas with heavy growth.
