Old english contractors ltd did a first class job removing our wood shake roof and replacing it with beautiful asphalt tile. The owner, Patrick followed through on every single detail with us. He gave us a reasonable price, he explained every item of the contract to us as the work proceeded, and his workers arrived on the job every morning at 6 AM, until the job was completed, and on time. A friend of ours, who works in construction, came by this week and inspected our roof.He told us he has never seen a better constructed roof.He said the roof caps were in perfect alinement, folded under, and sealed for better protection and every place where water sometimes seeps through was completely sealed. We are extremely happy we chose Patrick to construct our new roof. Today I noted leakage inside my closet ceiling and I called Patrick and he answered and said he’d be out in a few hours and he did. Excellent roofing company!I recently noticed our gutters were spilling water and it looked like a lot of debris was sticking up and visible. One gutter was actually leaking.Patrick's team got up there, and widened the valleys on the roof for better water flow, cleaned the gutters, and found ten broken tiles that needed replacing. The standard roof was completed in 4 days with the crew working 5 to 6 hours a day. They also completed the second roof in the same timeframe including sheeting.
