The job: re-felting a garage roof. After my experience I would not trust them to re-felt a rabbit hutch! Unfortunately for me I was taken in by their impressive website and by Kyle's extravagant claims and empty promises. They are unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent. They also have no respect for other people's property. I cannot fault, however, their unfailing courtesy and politeness, and also their readiness to return, at my request, to try and improve upon their earlier efforts - hence the second star. More...

I find this very unfair as the van broke down on the job we hired a one to complete your work which actually left us working for basically free to keep you happy. The job still looks well today also never had a complaint off you for any water ingress. sorry to disappoint you but was out of our hands and we done our very best to keep you happy. i have alot of satifised customers in your area. There has been no amendeds to the roof since i completed your job. i believe i am getting unfair feedback for things that were out of my hands. i always told you if there was anything you were unsafisted with we would be happy to come back and check out any queries that you had.
