When i give you a quote for your work you also asked for a quote for your old wooden rotten decking to be cleaned and re coated but on examining decking with yourself present it was clear to see there was areas of damage and decking was rotten it really needed replaced , i didn’t want to take on this job but you said you only wanted your old rotten decking “tided up for now “ i never said it would look like new it would be obviously impossible it was rotten ,so it was cleaned and some floor boards and beams needed replaced immediately which i done as it was unsafe but you didn’t want the rotten bannisters etc replaced ,all decking was recoated this was the best possible job done on a old wooden rotten decking
