I had a fantastic experience with Mark and his team at Ecorid Cleaning Agency. From the very beginning, Mark was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. He replied quickly to all my messages, explained everything clearly, and was very approachable and professional throughout the entire process.
We needed quite a lot of help during our house move, including deep cleaning, moving assistance, and waste disposal. Mark organised everything perfectly and even arranged for two team members to come and help with the move, which made a huge difference. Moving house can be very stressful, but their support made the whole process much smoother and more manageable.
The cleaning service was excellent. They carried out a very thorough deep clean and made sure the property was left spotless. Every room was carefully cleaned and the attention to detail was impressive. It really helped us leave the house in great condition.
The team also helped with removing and disposing of unwanted items, which saved us a lot of time and effort. Everything was handled efficiently and responsibly, and they made sure the waste was cleared quickly without any hassle.

Having been giving glowing recommendations from a couple of friends, I have used Ecorid twice now. The team have been absolutely incredible. Today after the delivery team for an awkward delivery literally left me with a massage chair and all it’s packaging blocking a corridor, the Ecorid team arranged an emergency team to drive 2 hours and carry the 150 kg chair up some tricky stairs. I used twice to pick up chairs and tables for my baby's christening reception. I paid for only the van but was delayed for 2hours sitting helplessly. Thankfully, there was good communication and they shared their location and communicated with me throughout making it easy to bear. Also Jay helped to pack all the chairs and tables as compensation for delaying which I really appreciated. The rates were cheaper than the ones I've previously used and the van was a lot bigger. The second time I used Ecorid, the rates were even cheaper and this time, everything went smoothly. I can say I would call them again the next time I need a van service.
